① Prevent the cement slurry from penetrating into the elastic material when making floating surface panels, because after the cement slurry hardens in the elastic material, the floating surface panels and the base floor will be connected together, destroying the impact sound insulation of the elastic cushion material. Therefore, during construction, it is advisable to put elastic materials such as glass wool boards into waterproof plastic sealed bags, then lay a layer of waterproof linoleum, and cover it with a layer of wood fiber board for protection, so that when making floating surface panels The linoleum will not be damaged.


② If the cement mortar of the floating floor slab is directly connected to the wall, the ground impact sound will propagate through the wall and radiate the noise, affecting the sound insulation effect of the floating floor slab on impact sound. Therefore, when laying the elastic cushion, it is required that a layer of elastic material should be lined around the wall to prevent the rigid connection between the floating surface layer and the wall.


③ When doing interior decoration, the wall plaster and skirting boards cannot be directly connected with the floating floor, and a small isolation joint should be left and sealed with elastic materials.


④ When pipes such as water pipes and electric wire pipes pass through the floating floor, they should be isolated from the floor around them to prevent the pipes from becoming a sound bridge between the underlying structural floor and the surface floating floor, affecting the sound insulation effect of the floating floor on impact sound. . Therefore, a larger diameter pipe should be added to the through pipe, and the gap between the two pipes should be filled with elastic materials such as glass wool, and both ends should be caulked with waterproof sealant.
